Stir Fry Soup

3 small heads of broccoli cut up

3 cloves of garlic

2 carrots peeled and sliced

1 zucchini sliced

1 med onion chopped

4 oz mushrooms sliced

3 tbsp of sesame oil

8 cups of veggie stock

1\2 lb of edamame spaghetti

Here we go! 

 Drizzle sesame oil in the bottom of your stock pot and add in your onion, carrot, garlic and zucchini and cook on med heat until the veggies begin to get tender.

 Add your broth and bring to a simmer.

 Add your broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. You also do not want these to get too mushy.

 Add you edamame noodles and allow to cook per package instructions. (Mine take 3-5 minutes)
