Vegan Almond Crackers

1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed whisked with 3 Tbsp of BooZi treated water and let sit for 5 minutes. (Egg Substitute)

1 3\4 Cups of Almond Flour

1-2 tbsp of olive oil

1\4 tsp salt

1\2 tsp of pepper

1\2 tsp of dried Italian herbs

Here We GO!

In a mixer or food processor, mix all these ingredients. Start with 1 tbsp of olive oil and add an additional if the mixture is too crumbly and dry to represent dough.

Take your dough and place on parchment paper and top with parchment paper and roll out until 1\8" thick. Remove top paper and use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares.

Carefully slide the parchement paper with crackers onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 mins until the crackers start to brown and are firm.

Allow to cool and store in an air tight container. Awesome with garlic hummus!
