Stir fry with Cauliflower rice

Ingredients:

2 Zuchini Sliced

3 Carrots Sliced

1 Large Onion Chopped

3 Cloves of minced garlic

4 oz of sliced mushrooms

2 crowns of broccoli chopped

4 Cups of Riced Cauliflower

6 tbsp of sesame oil

1\2 cup teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp of vegan butter

2 tsp of garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

Here we go:

 Drizzle 3 tbsp of sesame oil in a wok or cast iron pan and add all your chopped veggies over medium heat.

 When your veggies star to get tender add in your teraki and stir

 Place your other 3 tbsp of sesami oil and 1 tbsp of Vegan butter in a large frying pan until melted and add in your riced cauliflower. Drizzle soy sauce and garlic powder and stir in.

 This is when veggies are tender and ready to go.

This is when your "rice" is ready to go. Add Salt and pepper to your taste. 

 Serve your veggies over a bed of Cauli rice and enjoy with a BooZi treated bottle of wine. Enjoy!
