Brown Sugar and Maple Quinoa

Ingredients:

2 cups of BooZi treated water

1 cup of uncooked Quinoa

1\2-1 Cup of Raisins or other dried fruit

2 tbsp of Maple Syrup

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Here We go: 

 In a small pot bring 2 cups of water and 1 cup of quinoa to a simmer. (10 Mins)

 Before all the water is absorbed (10 mins) Add raisins, brown sugar, and maple syrup and cook for 5 more minutes until most of the moisture is cooked out and serve warm.

 Serve as is or with cut up fruit and vegan multi grain toast with Vegan Butter. Very similar to cream of wheat in texture but full of protein instead of carbs.
