Broccoli Salad

Sauce:

8 oz Go Veggie Cream Cheese

1\2 cup of soy milk

3 tbsp of sugar

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salad:

6 cups of broccoli flourets

1 cup of shredded carrot

2 green onions chopped small

1 cup of raisins

1 cup of chopped dates

 In a sauce pan on low heat whisk your cream cheese and soy milk until blended.

 In a large bowl mix your broccoli, carrots, and green onion
