Vegan Cheese Sauce

6 Med. Potatoes peeled and cubed

2 stalks of celery chopped

3 cups of carrots chopped

3 cloves of garlic minced

1 small onion chopped

8 oz Go Veggie Cream Cheese

4 cups of Veggie Stock

2 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast

Salt N Peppa 

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

In a Large Pot, cook all the veggies down to mush in the veggie stock. Add in the salt, pepper, paprika, and cream cheese and puree with a blending wand or put in a blender until smooth. This is a great recipie for many applications and freezable.
