Vegan Potatoes AuGratin
3 lbs of potatoes. Skins on, thinly sliced
4 cups Vegan Cheddar Cheese Sauce* I will repost this recipe tomorrow from a previous tutorial
1 tsp of dried parsley
1 tsp of smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste
In a cassarole dish drizzle a couple of table spoons of cheese sauce and spread out on the bottle of the dish. Add a thin layer of sliced potatoes and cover with 1\2 cup of cheese sauce and add salt and cracked pepper. Continue doing this is layers with potatoes, sauce, and salt and pepper until your potatoes are used up. Cover the top with all remaining sauce. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 mins. Remove the cover and allow to bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown up the top. Serve with a spinach and mixed berry salad. Cheers!
