Veggie Stock

Ingredients:

1 Large Onion Chopped

4 Stalks of Celery Largely Chopped

2 Large carrots or 2 cups of carrots

6 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp of dried Rosemary

1 tbsp of dried oregano

1 tbsp of dried parsley

1 tbsp of dried basil

3-4 bay leaves

1\3 cup of pink salt

1 1\2 gallons of BooZi treated water

Easy Peasy! Here we go!

 Place your cut up veggies in a large stock pot with strainer

 Add your herbs and salt

 Pour in your BooZi treated water* and cover and bring to a boil. Once at a boil set the heat to a simmer and allow to simmer for 3 hours. *BooZi treated has no chlorine or fluoride which are nuero toxins that concentrate when cooked into food.

 When the veggies are mushy and falling apart, turn off the heat. Strain the veggies and reserve for Bloody Mary mix or your composter. Once the broth has cooled, you may freeze or store in the fridge in air tight containers for broth, soups, sauces, or other recipes.
