Crock Pot Minestone

Ingredients: 

14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes undrained

6 oz can of tomato paste

15 oz can of gorbanza beans drained

15 oz can of pinto beans drained

1 large zucchini sliced

1 large carrot peeled and sliced

1 large onion chopped

3 cloves of garlic minced

2 large handfuls of fresh baby spinach

2 cups of green beans cut up

5-6 small sweet peppers sliced

6 cups of Veggie Broth

2 cups of Red Lentil Penne Pasta* Sub for what ever pasta you desire.

 Please your diced tomatoes, Gobonza Beans, and Pinto Beans in the Crock pot.
