Crockpot Steakless and Potato Stew

*This recipe requires frozen or leftover Mushroom Soup which is in my blogs and tutorials. 

2 frozen blocks of mushroom soup (About 6-8 cups)

6 russet potatoes peeled and cubed

1 large onion chopped

1\4 cup of soy sauce

3 cloves of garlic minced

1 cup of dried mushrooms or 4 oz of fresh mushrooms sliced

2 Tbsp of Arrow Root Slurry or Cornstarch Slurry for thickening. (Slurry=Mixed in a small amount of water ahead of time to avoid lumps) 

Salt and pepper to taste. 

 Put all the ingredients (Frozen soup on the bottom) in a crock pot on low for 8 hours. Stir every 2 hours until Frozen mushroom soup is thawed.
