Kidney Bean Hummus \ Sauce


2 cans of red kidney beans. *drain 1 for a thinner sauce, drain both for a thicker humus dip.

2 cans of chickpeas *same draining instructions as above. 

3 cloves of minced garlic

1 tablespoon of ground cumin

2 tablespoons of lime juice

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tsp of soy sauce

1 tsp of chopped cilantro

1 tsp of dried parsley

3 tbsp of chopped dehydrated tomatoes

2 sweet peppers chopped

1\4 cup of kalamata olives

1\4 cup of pine nuts

1 tbsp of pink salt

In a food processor:

drizzle olive oil over dried tomatoes and let them sit fir a few minutes to soften up. Add in all ingredients one at a time and process until its all blended to your happy consistency of chunky or smooth. place in a bowl and refridgerate for an hour or more to allow flavors to mingle.
