Vegan 2.0 Banana Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Almond flour

1/2 cup of almond meal

1/2 cup of coconut flour

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp of pink salt

3 eggs (3 tbsp of ground Flax seed in 9 tbsp of warm water for 5 minutes)

1 tsp baking soda

1\4 cup of honey

1\4 cup of maple syrup

4 oz of vegan cream cheese

3 ripe bananas mashed

3 large tablespoons of vegan butter

1 tsp of BooZi pure vanilla extract or 1 tsp of BooZi treated spiced rum. (See below image) 

1\4 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

2 tbsp raw sugar (optional)

And go:

Set your oven to 350 and grease 2 bread pans with either vegan butter or coconut oil. 

In a mixing bowl combine all your dry ingredients minus the raw sugar. Add in all your wet ingredients one at a time until everything is accounted for. spoon half of the mixture into each bread pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of raw sugar evenly on each loaf. Bake until lightly golden and firm, This will be dense with moisture like a guilty pleasure not light and fluffy.. approx 45 mins-hour in my oven.
