Sweet and Spicey Stir Fry


2 8 oz containers of coconut Thai hummus

4 oz vegan cream cheese

1\8 cup of soy sauce

1\4 cup of Teriyaki sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp of garlic powder

whisk together on med heat in a sauce pan until smooth

Stir Fry

1 large onion chopped

3 large carrots chopped

1 zucchini chopped

1 summer squash chopped

2 crowns of broccoli chopped

1 red bell pepper chopped

1 whole garlic sliced

3 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp of teriyaki sauce

in a large pan or wok drizzle sesami oil and add in all veggies. add teraki and stir occasional over medium heat until veggies are tender.


1 lb of endemame spagetti

bring a large pot of BooZi treated water to a boil. place noodles in water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and return to pot.

Putting it together

place half the sauce in the noddles and blend well. place the other half of the sauce in the veggies and stir well. on a plate make a bed of pasta and spoon veggies over top. Delicious flavor with a nice slow heat.
