Authentic Vegan Pizza Cust

2 1\4 Cups of Almond Flour

2 tablespoons coconut flour

1\2 teaspoon vegan baking powder

1 tsp dried italian herbs

1\2 tsp garlic powder

1\2 tsp pink salt

1\2 tsp cracked pepper

3 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds mixed with 9 tbsp of water for 5 minutes (Egg sub)

6+ Tbsp olive oil

In a food processor, blend all your dried ingredients. Slowly add in while mixing your egg sub and your olive oil until it balls up into a dough ball. 

Drizzle olive oil lightly on parchment paper on a baking sheet. place dough ball in the center and cover with another piece of parchment paper. Roll out your ball until its to the size and thickness you desire mine was 1\4". Bake at 350 about 15-20 minutes until edges start to brown. 

Add your favorite sauce and toppings and continue to bake until pizza toppings are cooked through.
